Saints Game Spring event
Following is information about the upcoming 2019 WVSP spring event and how to sign up.
ACTION:

Click here to sign up and pay. Tickets will be reserved for those who complete the online payment. When completing the form, be sure to change the Quantity field to match the number of people in your party that will be attending the event. The deadline to sign up and pay is Monday, May 6. Late signups will not be accepted.

Pick up your tickets on the day of the event at the stadium box office.

Group gathering/meal is from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Meet at the Minnesoyta Lawn area and there will be a sectioned area for our group (Welch Village Ski Patrol).

The game time starts at 5:05 p.m.
Menu:

Grilled bratwurst, hot dogs, and hamburgers with sauerkraut, pickle relish, diced tomato, onion, shredded cheddar cheese, jalapeno peppers, coarse grain and yellow mustard, ketchup, and fresh buns.

Potato salad made with Yukon potatoes and fresh herbs

Coleslaw made with green and red cabbage slaw mixed in a rice wine vinaigrette

Baked beans made with navy beans flavored with molasses, brown sugar, and a touch of vinegar

There are several food and beverage stands around the stadium that offer more items at additional cost.
Picnic area:
The Minnesoyta Lawn offers groups big and small the opportunity to host a pre-game picnic. Located behind the left field wall, this grassy picnic area with a buffet-style serving station will give groups a variety of fun and affordable options to create a memorable experience. The Minnesoyta Lawn can accommodate groups of all sizes while providing each with their own reserved space.

The St. Paul Saints are heading into their 27th season and their fourth season at CHS Field. The ballpark is conveniently located near downtown St. Paul with easy access from I-94, Highway 52, and public transit (including light rail). Details: Welch Village Ski Patrol is partnering with with Coffee Mill Ski Patrol and Hiawathic Nordic Ski Patrol in running the ski swap and sharing the proceeds. General public sales are noon to 8:00 p.m. All patrollers who commit to at least one shift can bring their immediate family members in to shop before the doors open to the public. All pre-public sales need to be paid for by 11:30 a.m. If you are shopping, please volunteer to work a shift other than Saturday a.m. The biggest need for help is when the doors open at noon on Saturday, but all shifts need to be covered. This is a great chance to get bargains, see fellow patrollers, and help out.

2019 Snowsports Enhancement Seminar (SES)
This year, Welch Village Ski Patrol is offering optional SES clinics. The seminar is open to all Welch patrollers and is an excellent opportunity for you to work on your skills in a small group to enhance your skiing. Registration is required - register here.
